Our mission at Vital Investments, a small local Latino-owned insurance agency in Arlington, TX, is to empower the Latino community through financial literacy. We firmly believe in ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your financial needs and decisions. As first-generation Latinos, we personally understand the challenges of navigating the financial industry. As your trusted middleman, our focus is on working for you and advocating for your best interests. Meet The Team
Omar Salinas
Former baseball player, Omar Salinas, had a hard wake-up call when his dream of going pro abruptly ended in his senior year of college. He always pictured himself involved with the sport he loved, either by playing or coaching. Therefore, he received his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, ready to begin his route in education so he could coach.
Except, the entrepreneur in him wanted a chance, so he took a leap of faith.
He wished to make an impact in people’s lives and in his community, just like many people and coaches made an impact in his. He was determined to keep that cycle going, recalling each and every person that lent a hand to his family in times of need. Soon after graduation, he packed up and headed to the Rio Grande Valley in order to learn about the industry. He received his training & mentorship from top producing agents in the RGV. Eventually, he decided to branch out, become an independent insurance broker and opened his first office in McAllen, TX.
But now, he’s back in his hometown.
Thanks to his career-altering decision, Omar has accomplished his goal of making an impact in people's lives. He has introduced the health insurance business opportunity to other agents and provided affordable healthcare to individuals across the state of Texas.

Omar is Arlington born and raised, an Arlington High School Colt and later graduating as a UT Arlington Maverick. A true Texan at heart, he is excited to make an impact in his local Texas, Hispanic, & AGG community.
Briseyda "Bri" Lopez
“Bri” Lopez, has always loved meeting new people, networking, expanding her knowledge, and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.
With 8 years in the “people business,” Bri can confirm that people always remember how you made them feel. She spent 3 years in the service industry before she decided to give sales a try. Five years later, she found she not only loved sales but thrived in it. She consistently landed recognition across sales boards, regardless of the product she was selling.
Although, she gained skills and new intelligence from each and every job, she disliked the ideology that many sales reps constantly tried to drill into her, to look at customers as “dollar signs”. She couldn’t help but picture it was her family or a friend sitting across from her, especially when it came to Latinos, whom she was always translating for. Bri also despised the “hunger games” environment that she often worked in, she wanted to be in a “you win, I win” environment while genuinely helping people.
All this took a toll on her mental health, so she decided to make a change and jumped on board the insurance train. She quit her dealership job and started assisting families & individuals access affordable healthcare plans, all while providing a free service. To this day, she is passionate about her field.

Bri is Dallas born, and raised in OakCliff, a predominantly Latino community. She graduated as a Woodrow Wilson Wildcat and later attended UNT and UTA as a Communications major with a minor in Marketing. She is a huge advocate for mental & physical health and wishes to bring health awareness to her community.
